Desi initially became involved in accounting while helping her dad with bookkeeping for their family business, enjoying it so much she decided to pursue her studies and a career in the field.
Desi has been specialising in Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) for nearly 20 years, after developing a special interest in superannuation as a graduate accountant. She has since gained extensive experience in leading national SMSF teams in professional service organisations interstate and in Adelaide.
The SMSF team works with all the Partners at the firm, so Desi enjoys getting to know and work with a broad range of clients as well as the wider Oreon team. She loves teamwork and uses her abilities as a strong, understanding communicator to help her colleagues succeed and grow in their own roles.
Desi takes pride in supporting the team to provide specialised, high-quality, efficient customer service and deliver positive outcomes for clients in all areas of SMSF accounting, taxation, audit and compliance.
