As a manager in the business services team, Will is involved in assisting clients with a variety of tax, accounting and business-related queries. Additionally, Will is responsible for the training and development of junior colleagues, as well as the review and management of team workflows to maintain the highest quality of service.
Will mainly works with family owned or controlled businesses of various sizes. Specifically, he is focused on construction (and related trade services), property developers & investors, farming and agricultural enterprises, as well as a variety of NDIS service providers.
The diversity of his role is important to Will, and meeting the very different challenges presented by all the scenarios he encounters. He thrives when he is helping people to achieve their goals, and is known for being empathetic and approachable but also resourceful and results-driven in his approach to his work and clients.
