Ben Reynolds established his own accounting practice in 2002.
The practical experience in establishing his own business has enabled Ben to grow with many of his clients, and to share important business knowledge and insights. He is particularly interested in advising newly formed and ‘start-up’ businesses on the complex issues facing them, and in guiding business owners through the maze of compliance, regulatory and business advisory issues. His expertise includes establishing business structures and advising on asset protection; estate planning; tax planning; cash flow forecasting; budgeting and self-managed superannuation funds.
In addition to the start-up related skills listed above, a particular interest for Ben is Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF). With his team, he provides accounting, taxation and audit services to over 500 SMSFs. Ben advises clients on establishing and controlling their own SMSF; developing pension and contribution strategies; borrowing to purchase real estate property via Instalment Warrants; and meeting SMSF audit obligations.
